Our rates

Rates are per person in a double room including breakfast buffet and 5-course dinner menu (drinks excluded). The 5-course dinner menu for guests on half board includes: a salad buffet, an antipasto with wholemeal focaccia, a starter of your choice, a main course with a side and a dessert. We also offer vegetarian choices.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

We accept bank cards and major credit cards.

Reduced rates for children under 12 years of age.

For a stay of less than four nights, a sustainability surcharge of 5 Euro per person per day will be charged in order to remain true to our sustainable approach.

Cancellations

0%: up to 1 month before the start of the holiday
50%: 1 month up to 10 days before the start of the holiday
100%: 10 days before the start of the holiday

Minimum stay high season: 3 nights

We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Group cancellations

30%: up to 60 days before the start of the holiday
100%: 10 days before the start of the holiday

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required (see cancellation clauses).

In case the lack of snow prevents the activity of ski touring we return the deposit from 5 to 3 days before the date of the planned stay. This decision is at our discretion and in any case the sum of 50.00 EUR will be retained for each room booked.

Dogs and pets are welcome on request with the following conditions:

EUR 10.00 per night in the traditional rooms,
EUR 15.00 per night in the TOP rooms.

Pets are not allowed in the main restaurant, but you are welcome to eat with your four-legged friend in the small adjoining dining room.

Opening hours

Winter: January to the beginning of April.
Summer: from mid-May to mid-October.

The Mountain Association of Valle Maira charges a tourist tax of 1.50 Euro per person per night. It is not included in the room rate and is charged separately.
