Manuela, female chef of the restaurant, creates an overall gastronomic experience based on the highest-quality ingredients, selected according to seasonality, local production and with preference for organic farming.

Renato is passionate about the organic vegetable garden with its aromatic herbs. It is the intense fragrance of each herb that makes Manuela's dishes so tasty.
