Traditional dishes of the Maira Valley

Particular attention is drawn to the kitchen, to allow our guests to try the traditional dishes of the Maira Valley, combining the old recipes with inspiration and exquisite taste. Every dish is prepared by us, giving special care to the quality of each raw material, the season and the genuineness of the products. Most of the biological vegetables are cultivated in our kitchen-garden. The raw material mainly come from the Maira Valley: cheese and butter from the dairy of Stroppo and Elva, honey from Acceglio, flour from the mill of Cavanna (Dronero), liqueurs from Palent and Stroppo (the famous white genepy, La Freidio), meat from the butcher of Prazzo.

The restaurant offers various types of menu.
The half board foresees: a starter with full-grained flat bread, a choice of first dishes, a taste of two second dishes, three sweets.

For all who want to try our dishes, the kitchen is open every evening and on Sunday for lunch with the possibility of different options starting from € 18,00 up to a complete menu for € 28,00.

For breakfast we offer a buffet with a broad choice of sweets (cakes, jam, home-made biscuits) and salted specialties (various kinds of sausages and cheese), cold and hot drinks.
